Understanding Holistic UX

User experience, or UX, refers to the collective ways an end user interacts with a brand or a product. Most of the time, UX gets discussed in terms of design. Though that might imply the idea of visual design, it’s really only a fragment of that strategic picture.

We sat down with Kyle Rezac-Dennis of the Kansas City, MO digital agency Useagility to learn a little bit more about what goes into getting UX right.

As Kyle explains, a good UX strategy brings the team together with the common goal of making the target user’s life easier or better. When we acknowledge that our thinking as an organization is not getting us where we want to go but we don’t take the steps to research and relearn the right ways to interact as an organization, we’re not going to get the results we crave. We won’t step up the way our user deserves.
