During this webinar, panelists will discuss receivership administration in general, together with discrete issues that arise in specialized circumstances, such as those dealing with certain state-regulated businesses like cannabis and auto sales businesses. It will also cover a receiver’s ongoing duties to preserve asset values, dealing with sometimes intransigent defendant parties, negotiating funding for administrative duties, court reporting, claims administration, the evaluation of commercial contracts and the performance of the same, and evaluation of the options available to maximize recoveries, among other things.

About the NEEC-TBA

The National Educational Event Calendar for Trusted Business Advisors (“NEEC-TBA”) is a cooperative effort of its members.
