He specializes in turning around underperforming companies by providing interim management services as chief restructuring officer (CRO) and chief financial officer (CFO). Todd has significant industry experience in energy, manufacturing, restaurants (casual dining), retail, and transportation (shipping and trucking). He was a key member of the team that won M&A Advisors’ 2015 Restructuring of the Year Award for the successful restructuring of Momentive Performance Materials. Todd has an MBA in banking and finance from Case Western Reserve University and is a Certified Turnaround Professional and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
