Todd Marney serves as vice president of portfolio management at Casoro Capital, a private equity firm which creates discretionary funds for investing in multifamily properties and developments. Building on the expertise of The PPA Group, a renowned commercial investment and servicing corporation, Casoro leverages extensive local market knowledge and vertically integrated financial and operational expertise to enhance value for investors and residents. Todd is an integral part of a highly experienced team that together has completed more than $1 billion in transactions.
Todd comes to Casoro Capital with more than 30 years of national-scope residential and commercial real estate experience in both acquisitions and asset management. He has operated in similar roles at KC Venture Group and McCann Realty Partners in Dallas, Texas. Prior to that, Todd was senior vice president of acquisitions and asset management for Eliason Real Estate Group. There, he successfully established platforms which supported the purchase and management of over 5,000 multi-housing units across the Sunbelt and Midwest.
Todd also brings institutional experience to the table, having worked in asset management and acquisitions for INVESCO Real Estate and Prentiss Properties Trust (now Brandywine Realty Trust).
Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in real estate and urban land development and finance.
