Stephen is a former entrepreneur who has been consulting for almost 25 years. In 2005, he was a co-founding partner of ROCG Americas LLC, a business transition consulting firm with offices throughout North America, that specializes in business transition. Using a proprietary Roadmap to Business Transition which includes transition strategy including the important personal and/or family elements often overlooked, and transaction management including a suite of value building and M & A services. Stephen is a certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), and works exclusively with privately owned lower mid-market companies. He and his partners are launching a new website called BusinessExit.com and the Beta site is currently open and available for free use and comment. He is passionate in assisting entrepreneurs and business leaders in a variety of business value growth areas, specifically with a strong focus on HR issues. He has and continues to have contractual engagements with several firms to assist with many components of their HR needs, and currently serves as the part-time Director of HR for a professional services firm.
