Sean Lyons is a Founding Partner at Triad Real Estate Partners. He has close to a decade of experience selling investment real estate, both in Chicago and throughout the country. Before forming Triad, Sean was a Senior Associate at a national real estate investment firm. As a Director of its National Multi Housing Group, Sean concentrated his efforts on selling apartment properties on the Northside of Chicago and in several tertiary markets of Illinois. He services his clients by diversifying their real estate investment portfolios and helping facilitate their 1031 Exchanges into other product types, including Single-Tenant and Multi-Tenant Retail, Office, and Industrial Investments. Sean has brokered the sale of more than $400 million of investment property, in over 90 transactions, including over 2,000 apartment units.
Sean has a BA from Boston College and is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin. In his spare time, he enjoys being a Dad, writing, traveling and playing golf.
