About Scott Cockerham

Scott has more than 15 years of experience in financial management, restructuring, investment banking, and investment management. He has worked with large and middle-market companies, both public and private; lenders throughout the capital structure; and a variety of institutional and strategic investors. Scott has performed special-situations financial management, conducted numerous corporate and capital restructurings, led M&A transactions, and managed asset purchases and sales, private placements, capital raises, and litigation advisory work. Clients benefit from Scott’s extensive expertise in such industries as exploration and production, midstream, oil field services, business and financial services, metals, mining, and maritime. Scott has a BS with Honors from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
