Roshan Mansinghani is the Assistant General Counsel at Unified Patents, a 350+ international membership organization that seeks to improve patent quality and deter unsubstantiated or invalid patent assertions. Roshan oversees Unified’s legal department and develops the core legal strategies for Unified’s deterrence. He has participated in scores of post grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office across dozens of technologies.
