Ronen Shefer is a founding partner of ROCG Americas and has served as the Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 2004. Ronen has been instrumental to the development of ROCG in North America, the growth of its brand and the implementation of key strategic initiatives.
As a business advisor for over twenty years, Ronen specializes in helping entrepreneurs and business owners face the unique challenges of owning a business and on several occasions served as a contracted CEO and general manager in order to driver the success of organizations in the manufacturing, distribution and service industries.

Ronen currently sits on two Corporate Advisory Boards (both since 2012), still works with several personal clients each year, writes blogs, articles and currently in the works of co-writing a book. Recently Ronen and the partners of ROCG also launched BusinessExit.com which is designed to assist business owners who plan for business transitions/exits.
Finally, Ronen continues to lead many business roundtable education sessions and is a frequent speaker in seminars that cover business success strategies and consulting methodologies.
