Ray Sturm is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AlphaFlow. Ray began his career in finance, working in investment banking first on the Acquisition Finance team at Bear Stearns and then the Restructuring team at Lazard Frères. From there, he joined CCMP Capital as a private equity investment professional. While at CCMP, Ray evaluated both company and infrastructure investments in a variety of industries in both North America and Europe. Most recently, Ray was the Director of Business Development at a multinational corporation, leading partnership and integration efforts.
Ray holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a JD from the University of Chicago Law School, and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. In his spare time Ray enjoys camping, road trips and producing wine.
