Nate Ladwig, CFA, CPA/ABV, has worked in the field of valuation and advisory services for 20 years, performing valuations relating to financial reporting, litigation and dispute advisory, strategic planning, and tax purposes. Nate specializes in appraisals of business enterprises, equity and debt interests, complex financial instruments, and intangible assets.

Nate has extensive experience with transaction-related valuation issues, having advised business owners during sale processes to strategic and financial buyers, as well as having performed post-transaction valuations including purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, fair value reporting of portfolio investments, and ESOPs. Nate has advised companies in a wide range of industries including manufacturing and distribution, technology, retail, health care, construction, real estate, and professional services.

Nate is a current member of the AICPA, AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Section, the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago, the American Society of Appraisers, and the Business Valuation Association of Chicago.
