Michael J. Delrahim is the Managing Partner of Brown, Udell, Pomerantz & Delrahim, Ltd. He represents a broad range of clients including publicly- traded and privately- held corporations and partnerships in real estate development matters.  He also serves as in-house counsel to a prominent privately-owned real estate firm.

A skilled trial attorney, his practice includes real estate, loan documentation, troubled asset workouts, and litigation experience including the representation of clients in the acquisition, disposition and construction of residential condominium projects, mixed use developments, and office buildings and industrial properties.  Michael represents borrowers and lenders and utilizes the unique skills garnered from this comprehensive representation.

The founder of the Chicago Real Estate Professionals, Michael created a monthly networking group bringing together nearly 1000 of the most seasoned real estate professionals to attend a facilitated panel discussion on thought-provoking topics of interest to developers, owners, lenders and professional service providers.

An adjunct professor of law at Chicago-Kent College of Law – IIT, he teaches Real Estate Fundamentals and Syndication and lectures extensively before business and legal forums on real estate and related topics.  He is a frequent lecturer, writer and real estate expert for the local and National media.

He earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
