As vice chair of Much’s Real Estate group, Max focuses his practice on a variety of real estate matters, including retail, office, and industrial leasing for landlords and tenants, as well as the purchase and sale of real estate across asset classes. He has extensive experience with retail, office, and industrial projects. He also spends a lot of time working with restaurant and hospitality groups, negotiating their leases, and assisting with various needs from management agreements, NDA’s and vendor agreements.
Max regularly counsels clients regarding condominium development, including drafting condominium declarations, property reports, form purchase agreements, and reciprocal easement agreements for vertical subdivisions. He has also handled condominium deconversions for buildings as large as 296 units.
In addition, Max assists his clients with general corporate issues, including company formation, maintenance, and sale transactions
