Larry King is a proven and effective Board Director, strategic leader, serial entrepreneur, and business builder with over 30 years of extensive experience assisting companies with growth and complex transactions. He is considered a highly effective client-facing executive, active in finance and accounting, marketing, business development, and brand building. Larry strives to achieve collaboration at all levels of an organization by setting an example. He has private and public company board experience, as well as not-for-profit board experience, and is the Co-Founder of the Private Directors Association Dallas-Fort Worth. Larry is a serial Entrepreneur and proven and effective business builder with over 30 years of middle-market leadership experience. Directly interfaced with Boards of Directors and Audit Committees, he has hands-on M&A experience, leading both an upstream merger and a downstream merger, including all negotiations, due diligence, structuring, and post-merger integration. His extensive experience with assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions is from both the buy side and sell side through the performance of due diligence, analyzing the quality of earnings, working capital considerations, purchase price accounting, and structuring. Having served in CEO, COO, and CFO roles, he is an effective market-facing executive and is very active in marketing, business development, and brand building.
