Ken Rudofski serves as Assistant General Counsel, Intellectual Property, in the Law Department of Tellabs, a company that designs and markets communication network infrastructure equipment and related services. He joined Tellabs in 1997 as its first in-house intellectual property counsel, and was hired to establish, lead and grow an in-house intellectual property practice at Tellabs. Mr. Rudofski continues to provide in-house counsel to Tellabs on all facets of intellectual property and corporate practice relating to intellectual property. Prior to Tellabs he practiced at an intellectual property law firm in Chicago. Tellabs is a constituent company of the Ocean Tomo 300® Patent Index. Tellabs also has been recognized by The Patent Board as an industry leader in its sector in terms of its patent portfolio. Tellabs is headquartered in Naperville, Illinois.
