Kay Abramowitz has more than 29 years’ experience providing counsel to individuals and business owners on asset protection and wealth preservation through sophisticated estate planning techniques, estate and trust administration, entity formation and business planning. Kay’s special focus is in advising family-owned businesses. She chairs the Wealth Preservation Group and the Family-Owned Business Group for Ater Wynne.
