About Josh Saltz

Josh E. Saltz is an intellectual property attorney with Peretz Chesal & Herrmann, P.L. in Miami, Florida. He represents clients in many industries, including technology, hospitality, architecture design, health care, financial, veterinary and consumer products. Josh’s practice focuses primarily on trademark clearance searches and opinions, copyright and trademark applications and prosecution, substantive responses to office actions, litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, trademark and copyright licensing, software licensing, product distribution agreements and federal court litigation. His trademark practice is both domestic and international.

Josh obtained his Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School where he graduated with Highest Honors.
