About Jonathan Brand

Jonathan Brand is the Vice President of Corporate Legal Affairs at Transworld Systems Inc., a portfolio company of private equity firm Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. Reporting to TSI’s CEO, Jonathan is the chief legal advisor to the senior leadership team and collaborates across functions (including Finance, Revenue Growth, IT, Tax, Procurement, and HR) to execute enterprise-wide projects. He provides leadership in connection with M&A, incident response, corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and litigation strategy to drive successful outcomes and improvements in operations, compliance, and data security.

Prior to going in-house, Jonathan advised clients requiring representation in bankruptcy and commercial litigation, chapter 11 reorganizations, and related transactional matters. Jonathan served as the law clerk for the Honorable John S. Dalis, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Georgia, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. As a proud double gator, Jonathan earned his B.A. in History and J.D. from the University of Florida.
