About Jillian Cole

Jill is an experienced commercial litigator with a multi-faceted practice. One of her areas of focus is banking litigation. She has extensive experience representing local and national commercial lenders in commercial foreclosures and other special asset litigation and is considered a pioneer in the ?eld. Jill also represents secured creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy actions. She has extensive experience representing court-appointed receivers in commercial foreclosure, eviction, and building/zoning litigation.

Another area of Jill’s practice is devoted to helping clients victimized by failed digital transformations and software implementations. She has successfully litigated cases and resolved disputes involving some of the world’s largest software and technology vendors.
