Jeff Kaiser is of counsel to Elliott Greenleaf, where he represents clients a wide range of corporate, real estate, energy and financing transactions. He has previously represented clients in a large multi-national law firm and served as in-house corporate counsel to a successful energy company. He has substantial experience in the biotechnology, energy, financial services, health care, telecommunications and real estate industries, as well as representing clients in large, multi-state asset acquisitions and divestitures pursuant to a variety of competitive bidding procedures, having represented clients in such transactions in the banking, hospitality and petroleum industry. As a result of his experience as an in-house corporate counsel, he has provided general business counseling on a variety of day-to-day legal issues, such as vendor contracts, human resources, benefits and tax issues and collection matters.
In 2012, Mr. Kaiser was named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s list of Who’s Who in Energy. The Philadelphia Business Journal partnered with affiliates in Dallas, Denver, Houston, Pittsburgh, San Antonio and St. Louis to identify 100 energy industry leaders in each market. In 2008, he was recognized as one of 35 Pennsylvania Lawyers on the Fast Track by The Legal Intelligencer and Pennsylvania Law Weekly. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Chapter of Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and as Chair of the Financial Services Committee and Real Estate Committee of the ACC.
