About Jeff Prostok

Jeff Prostok is a partner and co-leader of the Corporate Restructuring practice at Vartabedian Katz Hester & Haynes LLP. For more than four decades, he has represented companies, creditors, committees, equity holders, trustees, and investors in complex bankruptcies and restructurings. His practice encompasses Chapter 11 proceedings, bankruptcy litigation, distressed acquisitions, business reorganizations, and out-of-court restructurings across industries including energy, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and retail.

Jeff is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been ranked by Chambers USA for Bankruptcy/Restructuring in Texas since 2009.
