About Jackie Cranford

Jackie Cranford is the principal of Cranford Advisory Services LLC and has over 26 years of legal industry experience as a paralegal, litigator and senior administrator in private practice and a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice.

As a senior administrator, Jackie developed and implemented talent management strategies relating to diversity, inclusion, performance management, leadership training, and global integration, among other things.

As a consultant, Jackie advises her clients on talent management strategies with a focus on diversity and inclusion, conducts cultural assessments, delivers training, and guides her clients through strategic planning processes. Jackie is a Trusted Advisor with the Professional Development Consortium and has held leadership positions with NALP and the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals. Jackie has been active with several law schools and legal organizations, including the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, Corporate Counsel Women of Color, and the Leadership Counsel on Legal Diversity.
