
Isabel’s career began at Epstein Becker Green as a Summer Associate in the New York office in 2023, where she worked on projects relating to workplace harassment and discrimination, noncompete and non-solicitation agreements, and the implications of arbitration laws. During her time in law school, she served as a law clerk for the National Labor Relations Board’s Division of Judges and interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediation Unit, at a boutique law firm, and at a government agency focusing on employment law work.
Prior to law school, Isabel gained experience as a judicial intern in Honorable Lillian Wan’s chambers.
