About Erin Broderick

I’m an MBA/JD attorney licensed to practice in IL, NY, TX and MI. I focus on distressed M&A and finance, special situation investing, in and out of court restructurings and insolvency related litigation. I understand the needs of business owners, private fund managers, and estate fiduciaries from all angles. I manage engagements with all the tools in my arsenal, from aggressive litigation to novel out-of-court consensual restructurings. I am adaptable to what the situation and client circumstances dictate as the best course of action.

I am well seasoned in managing complex financial restructurings across diverse jurisdictions, including the UK, Mexico, Brazil, Cayman, Kazakhstan, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, Spain and Canada.

I consider myself a business partner to my clients first and a legal advisor second. I’m pragmatic, creative, extremely hard working and passionate about achieving client-focused objectives.
