About Eric Hampton
Eric is a member of HMB’s Real Estate Group and focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters.
Eric works with a wide range of clients in the real estate industry including commercial property owners, developers, contractors and lending institutions. He advises his clients on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, office and retail leasing and contract drafting and negotiation. Eric also has considerable litigation experience representing a variety of entities in all stages of commercial litigation and construction law cases.
Prior to joining HMB, Eric worked as an associate attorney for a boutique real estate law firm where he helped condominium associations, unit owners and developers with commercial and residential real estate transactional matters and disputes.
