Doug focuses on developing and implementing strategic real estate plans for his clients involving property analysis, acquisitions and dispositions. Doug also concentrates his practice on lease-related services including negotiation, modification and termination of leases, as well as real estate financing and sale/leaseback services. Doug has published multiple articles including a recent article in the Journal for Corporate Renewal titled, “Downsizing Footprints May Help Retailers Adapt to a Rapidly Changing Marketplace”. Doug has experience testifying in Bankruptcy Court. He entered the real estate field after earning his MBA at George Washington University where he concentrated his studies in real estate.
