Since joining Urban Innovations in 1996, Dave Deuter has been involved in all facets of development and construction including building renovation, lease negotiations, tenant build-outs, tenant relations, new acquisition due diligence support and physical plant maintenance. Dave directs a team that consists of property managers, leasing agents, maintenance staff, construction project managers and construction laborers that are responsible for all aspects of UI’s construction services. With Dave’s experience in both architecture and construction, he has completed a diverse range of projects while participating in all phases of real estate development.
Dave is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s School of Architecture.
