Craig Pugatch is a partner in Rice Pugatch Robinson and Schiller, P.A.;a South Florida based law firm which is well respected for its sophisticated business practice with a focus on insolvency matters, business reorganizations, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and all aspects of commercial litigation. In addition to the above, the firm provides a broad base of services to its clientele including litigation and transactional solutions in real estate, commercial affairs, labor law, and estates and trusts.
Mr. Pugatch practices in both state and federal court with a focus on insolvency law, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy reorganization. Mr. Pugatch represents both creditor and debtor business interests as well as Trustee’s and other fiduciaries in connection with business litigation and transactional solutions.
