He has practiced for over 25 years as a corporate/securities lawyer focusing on private and public securities offerings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. His corporate finance experience ranges from representing venture capitalists, institutional investors, and start-up companies in early-stage financings to representing issuers and investment banks in public offerings of equity and debt securities.
