Christopher McClure leads the Midwest Forensic Accounting Practice at Crowe Horwath, a top ten international accounting and consulting firm. He works with law firms and corporate general counsels to confront and resolve a wide variety of issues including: litigation disputes, post purchase arbitrations, corporate investigations and other regulatory issues. Christopher  has significant expertise in litigation, arbitration, and fraud assignments in which he calculated damage amounts and analyzed issues surrounding liability. He has testified in damage matters, consulted on the defense of accounting firms, conducted investigations for numerous SEC registrants related to allegations of fraud, earnings management, revenue recognition violations, and evaluated other accounting issues. He  has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and is a published author.  He is on the board of the Chicago Bar Foundation and involved with several other civic and professional associations.
Christopher has assisted clients in numerous arbitration and settlement disputes related to a variety of issues.  Most recently,  he analyzed fraud allegations and contract disputes in an arbitration related to a Chinese company that performed a reverse merger into the Unites States capital markets.  He also analyzed damages on behalf of an insurance company engaged in a post-acquisition dispute arbitration focused on the calculation of working capital adjustments and annual revenue earn-out amounts in accordance with the provisions of the purchase agreement.
