Brandi L. Ruffalo, MBA, CVA, CBA, MAFF, CDFA, AIFA, has 25 years of experience in valuation, forensic accounting and financial consulting. She provides support and expert witness testimony in litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, divorce, and damages calculations. Brandi’s ability to take complex topics and make them understandable allows her clients to make informed decisions.

Brandi has earned the designations of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF) as awarded by the National Association of Certified Valuers and Analysts (NACVA), the Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) from the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA), the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) from the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts, and she is a Fellow of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois.

Brandi participated and led various NACVA teaching and course authoring teams for over ten years. She was honored 7 times with the Instructor of Distinction / Instructor of Exceptional Distinction Awards. She continues to lecture to professional groups and attorneys. Brandi also co-authored the Wiley Guide to Fair Value Under IFRS.

Brandi holds licenses and credentials in financial disciplines outside of valuation. This allows her to maintain a broad perspective on the market and investors’ perceptions, which helps her to bring a “live” market perspective into her work as a litigation support professional.
