Arden has advised boards of directors throughout his career at Fortune 200 as well as mid-market cap publicly-traded companies on various matters such as risk oversight, fiduciary duties, board succession, executive compensation, SEC disclosure, regulatory inquires – and high-stakes situations such as the design and implementation of communications strategies in response to shareholder activism.
Arden is also past chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Corporate and Securities Law Committee. He has also held several leadership positions within the Society for Corporate Governance which has provided him with an enhanced knowledge of various corporate governance trends and best practices.
