Andrea Saewitz, Senior Vice President with J.F. McKinney & Associates is responsible for the leasing of 200 South Wacker, 303 East Wacker, and Two North Riverside Plaza. Andrea has over 31 years of experience in leasing and has completed over 700 transactions totaling over five million square feet. Large transactions include Maximus Inc., Michael Best & Friedrich, Morton International, Meckler BulgerTilson, and Man Financial. Andrea has worked on such notable assets as 500 West Monroe Street, 10 & 30 South Wacker Drive, 123 North Wacker, 230 South LaSalle, and 205/225 North Michigan Avenue. Andrea has represented owners and developers such as Shorenstein Realty, Prentiss Properties, Tishman Speyer Properties, Metropolitan Structures, MetLife and JMB.
Prior to joining J.F. McKinney & Associates, Andrea was a Leasing Manager for Shorenstein Realty in Chicago. She earned a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin.
