About Amy Wan

Amy is a Partner at Sosnow and Associates PLLC where her current practice focuses on securities law. She hosts the Law and Blockchain podcast and is also CEO of Bling Financial, a cryptocurrency gaming company. Formerly, she has been in-house and outside general counsel at various fintech platforms. She also founded and co-organized Legal Hackers LA, and was named one of ten women to watch in legal technology by the American Bar Association Journal in 2014, was named as a Finalist for the Corporate Counsel of the Year Award 2015 by LA Business Journal, and is a frequent speaker. She has also served as a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Departments of Transportation, Commerce, and State. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California and the London School of Economics.
