Alex has experience in legal matters involving foodservice operations, start-ups, commercial transactions and litigation. In addition, Alex’s background in finance and economics provides him with an ability to grasp complex transactions and quickly provide reliable and sound advice.

Alex was asked by his Alma mater, Chicago-Kent Law School, to provide advisory services for their upcoming incubator program. His role includes advising start-ups on how to identify and seize business opportunities. Alex is regularly invited to speak at a variety of seminars in the Chicago area. He has presented on start-up companies and the issues they frequently face; advising small businesses on how to make the transition into the mid-sized market; as well as general business and operational concerns.
Alex is licensed to practice in Illinois, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District Court of Illinois.
