This webinar addresses receivership administration in general, together with discrete issues that arise in specialized circumstances, such as those dealing with certain state-regulated businesses like cannabis and auto sales businesses. It also covers a receiver’s ongoing duties to preserve asset values, dealing with sometimes intransigent defendant parties, negotiating funding for administrative duties, court reporting, claims administration, the evaluation of commercial contracts and the performance of the same, and the evaluation of the options available to maximize recoveries, among other things.

About the NEEC-TBA

The National Educational Event Calendar for Trusted Business Advisors (“NEEC-TBA”) is a cooperative effort of its members. Other not-for-profit associations whose members include accountants, attorneys, business brokers, financial advisors, financial planners, investment bankers, and other trusted advisors to businesses and business owners are welcome to submit their events to the NEEC-TBA by clicking the “submit an event” button. The vision of the NEEC-TBA is to provide a single location on the internet so that: (a) professional associations with overlapping membership and event attendees may use it to help them plan and promote their events; and (b) members of these organizations and other potential event attendees can go to a single calendar to review many options at once.
