Collateral value is the foundation of all lending transactions, but even the most traditional valuation techniques require a blend of art, and science, and require debtors and practitioners to incorporate their judgment. Where is the line between reasonable judgment and gaming the system to arrive at a valuation that skews the fact pattern in one party’s favor? This webinar presents practice pointers on how to use the ABA Model Rules as a guide to navigating ethical issues in real estate valuation using dynamic case studies that explore how different fact patterns can change the assessment of a situation.

About the NEEC-TBA

The National Educational Event Calendar for Trusted Business Advisors (“NEEC-TBA”) is a cooperative effort of its members. The vision of the NEEC-TBA is to provide a single location on the internet so that: (a) professional associations with overlapping membership and event attendees may use it to help them plan and promote their events; and (b) members of these organizations and other potential event attendees can go to a single calendar to review many options at once.
