This final episode in the Series explains how to present your case and claims to the arbitrator or panel, including how to handle discovery demands and discovery disputes. For example:

  • When should you make a motion and what motions are viable and make sense (just because a moton is viable does not necessarily mean it makes sense)?
  • What objections during the hearing are appropriate?
  • What are the various methods of testimony?
  • How do you get the most from expert witnesses?
  • How do you prepare pre-trial statements, exhibit lists, and witnesses for the arbitration?
  • What do you need to know about post-arbitration submissions and awards?

About the NEEC-TBA

The National Educational Event Calendar for Trusted Business Advisors (“NEEC-TBA”) is a cooperative effort of its members.
