About Timothy Keane

Tim Keane is an independent researcher and writer with an interest in the intersection of public affairs and the law. He has worked for clients in the housing industry, e-commerce, fintech and public health.

Tim has a PhD from the University of Galway where he has taught for two decades. In addition to teaching for the Departments of History and English, Tim has presented professional writing workshops for the Schools of Business and Law in Galway. His academic writing focused on popular democratic movements and political action.

Tim has a B.A. from University of Loyola Chicago and a M.A. from the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota).
