In parallel, I am a Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer of LEGACY Biotheoretics, LLC, a company operating at the forefront of consumer-facing biotechnology. In this role, I help design the legal and governance architecture required to move novel technologies from concept to commercialization—navigating complex regulatory regimes, public scrutiny, and multi-agency oversight. My work spans intellectual property strategy, data use and privacy, enterprise risk management, and commercial structuring, with a particular focus on aligning legal strategy with scientific development and operational execution.
