Prior to joining the firm, Robert was a Senior Associate at a leading, diversified financial services provider, where he worked on both debtor and creditor-side engagements for in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Some of Robert’s notable engagements include advising a 65-store home furnishing chain through its out-of-court restructuring and advising the debtors of a skilled nursing facility, a chain of 25 barbershops and 2 retail energy suppliers companies through its Chapter 11 bankruptcy process.
