About Michael Vivenzio

Michael Vivenzio is Senior Counsel, Privacy for a global healthcare company, where he advises on data privacy, artificial intelligence, and technology/cybersecurity matters across North and South America. He partners closely with legal, IT, security, and business leaders to develop practical solutions for complex data governance and compliance challenges in highly regulated environments.

Prior to his current role, Michael served as Vice President, Legal & Compliance and sole in-house counsel for a digital health company, overseeing all legal, privacy, compliance, and commercial contracting functions. He also previously held legal leadership roles at IQVIA, supporting global clinical technology and research organizations.

Michael is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Virginia and has more than a decade of experience advising healthcare and technology organizations on legal, privacy, and business risk matters.
