About Meghan Nugent

Meghan Nugent is an associate attorney with SpencePC. She has extensive experience assisting clients in both transactional and litigation matters of all natures. The focus of her practice is Intellectual Property. She also assists the firm’s clients in the prosecution of trademarks –including trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement.

Ms. Nugent graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law, with honors in Intellectual Property, Cyberlaw, and Creativity.  While at UDSL she was the Chief Justice of the school’s Moot Court Program and was herself an octofinalist in the Gibbons Federal Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition.  Ms. Nugent also received CALI awards for highest class grade in Entertainment Law, Patent Litigation, and Civil Trial Advocacy.

Ms. Nugent graduated Cum Laude from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  While at Le Moyne, she was a four-year Division II All-Conference swimmer, captain of the Women’s Swimming and Diving team, and actively involved in the athletic community as an executive board member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
