Matthew Miller is the founder of Strategic Risk LLC, an independent journalist, and a longtime investor in the microcap community. Drawing on his experience as a retail investor, he investigates misconduct, conflicts of interest, and structural inequities that disadvantage retail shareholders, with a particular focus on microcap companies and the professionals who operate within that market. His work seeks to bring greater transparency and accountability to an area of the financial markets that often receives limited mainstream scrutiny.
