Lee Burke is President of Burke, Bogart & Brownell, Inc. Founded the Burke Bogart & Brownell Insurance Agency in 1973. Since that time has been its President and Chief Executive Officer. Burke Bogart & Brownell has grown into one of South Florida’s most respected Insurance and Risk Management firms. Mr. Burke serves as Agent and Risk Manager for the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys.

Mr. Burke has served on numerous Insurance, Business, and Non-Profit Boards and Advisory Councils. From 1974 to 1994 Mr. Burke was the Florida Regional Director for the Volunteer Fireman Insurance Services (VFIS). VFIS is the largest insurer of Fire Departments and EMS organizations in the United States.

Mr. Burke is active in the areas of Insurance and Risk Management, including frequent educational and/or public service presentations on Risk Management topics. Mr. Burke has served in an Expert Witness capacity in a variety of insurance-related cases. He enjoys expert witness activities but is very selective in the type and nature of cases in which he agrees to serve.
