
Hillard Sterling is a litigator and trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience securing favorable settlements, judgments, and jury verdicts in courts across the country. Hillard’s cases have spanned the spectrum of subject matters, including business divorces between shareholders and LLC members, healthcare, employment, business torts, construction, and multiple other areas. Hillard’s diverse litigation experience enables him to craft tailored solutions that align with each client’s unique circumstances and goals.
Hillard has spent his entire career representing clients in technology and privacy/cyber disputes ranging from software-implementation projects, software development and licensing, data breaches, and alleged privacy violations.
Hillard received his J.D. in 1989, magna cum laude, and Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an Executive Editor of its flagship law review, the Georgetown Law Journal. Mr. Sterling is a 1986 graduate of Northern Illinois University, where he received his B.A., summa cum laude.
