As a shareholder in the Government Contracts practice at Polsinelli, Erin Felix assists organizations with navigating the unique risks and opportunities that arise when doing business with the government. She leverages her 15 years of hands-on defense industry experience before becoming a lawyer to tackle her client’s challenges from a practical, business-first perspective. Clients value Erin’s ability to ‘speak their language’ and focus on actionable guidance.
Erin helps organizations prepare for, understand, and implement the specialized business processes that are required when selling products and services to government end customers in order to manage their compliance risk and win and keep business. This includes counseling and performing diligence for organizations that are considering entering public contracting, strategizing with companies regarding how to best protect their intellectual property from unintended government license rights, and assessing and mitigating procurement and cybersecurity risks up and down clients’ supply chains. Erin also represents clients in protests, disputes, and other judicial and administrative proceedings arising under government contracts and subcontracts.
