About Charles R. Franklin

Charles R. Franklin is a partner at Franklin, Greenswag, Channon & Capilla, LLC. His practice focuses on insurance related matters with an emphasis on assisting policy holders with insurance claim presentation, policy analysis, and coverage disputes and litigation. On occasion Charlie serves as an independent arbitrator. He also represents business entities and professionals in malpractice, licensure, and disciplinary proceeding in court and before regulatory agencies and trade associations. He is a past president of the Casualty Adjusters Association of Chicago and was a founder of the Claims Association of Greater Chicago. Charlie grew up overseas. He attended the United States Air Force Academy on an appointment from President Gerald R. Ford. Charlie is a graduate of the University of Michigan and went to law school at the University of Miami in Florida.
