About Anthony P. Cali

Anthony Cali practices in the area of corporate restructuring and complex insolvency. He counsels clients from a broad spectrum of industries. Anthony represents constituents on all sides of bankruptcy proceedings, including debtors, creditors, creditor committees, trustees, and asset purchasers. He has extensive experience in litigation related to fraudulent transfer, preference, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Anthony has been designated as Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. He is a former Chair of the State Bar of Arizona Bankruptcy Section and member of the Executive Committee of the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.
