About Barbara Lauren Ray

Barbara Ray is a Master GrowBIG Facilitator & Coach. She brings extensive experience as a commercial leader and strategic advisor to professional services firms, having most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer to The North Highland Company, a global consulting firm. Barbara’s approach to revenue growth combines strategic vision with operational execution–establishing the infrastructure, systems and teams necessary to sustain results. Prior to North Highland, Barbara was a partner at Bryant, Miller & Olive and led the government advocacy practice representating Fortune 500 companies. She positioned their offerings and expanded their government business footprint. Barbara brought GrowBIG to her law firm and coached partners and colleagues on the methodology. Barbara served in two appointed positions under Governor Jeb Bush and managed two of the largest enterprise procurements in Florida’s history at that time. Barbara has led teams and transformation initiatives across South Africa, the UK and Middle East. Barbara is an HBDI certified practitioner and is a dedicated mentor, having coached many leaders who have gone to to senior executive roles. She earned her undergraduate degree from Rollins College and juris doctorate, with honors, from Florida State University.
